unknown building close to Kabul University.
Several waves of violence have caused the utter destruction of
such buildings. These
buildings bear signs of artillery duels, rocket attacks, and mob-up or
"clean-up operation" for their "liberation" several
times by different war-lords. Although
the destruction has stopped now, construction is yet to begin.
A full-fledged construction requires the participation of all
Afghans, including of women, and the responsibility of creating
conducive environment lies on the shoulders of the authorities.
